MXOL Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refined and
seamless returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below.
Returns
• You may return items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the
following conditions:
– Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
– All original tags and luxury packaging must be intact.
– Returns can be requested by contacting our Customer Care team with your order
reference, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
• Sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to respectfully refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this on the return request form.
• We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on exchanged items sent out to you.
• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MXOL cannot be held
responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
• Please ensure that items are securely packaged to preserve their pristine condition.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been
received and passed our quality inspection.
• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your
bank or card provider.
• The original postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.
• We are unable to refund items that do not comply with our returns policy.
